3 Easy steps to sign up :

1. Right Click and Download the form to print and fill in.
2. Fax or email the completed form along with your order to us. It's best to do this to avoid the sign up fee.
3. Aim will sms you the tracking number, and you can collect your
   box at the post office the next day.
   The orders need to be in before 13h00 for the following day delivery, but allow a little more time for the first order.
